By signing up to volunteer for Hope’s Home, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation: I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I may choose to discontinue my involvement at any time.
2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that volunteering at the fundraising event involves certain inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during my participation.
3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Hope’s Home, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or actions that may arise from my participation in the event.
4. Media Release: I consent to the use of my image, video, or likeness captured during the event for promotional purposes, including social media and future marketing materials.
5. Safety and Conduct: I agree to follow all safety instructions and conduct myself in a professional and respectful manner while volunteering.
