Supportive Living
Hope’s Home provides supportive living for foster children with complex medical needs as a long-term solution for housing. In these homes we provide 24 hour nursing care as well as physical, occupational and/or speech therapy.
In our Supportive Living Homes, we ensure that our children are taken to all of their appointments and treatments from audiologists, dentists, surgeons or any other outside professionals. We have recreation programmers, who design fun and educational indoor and outdoor activities, as well as plan outings into the community for our children. We become these children’s families, and provide them with the love and support they need.
Our supportive living program is funded by the Ministry of Social Services, and we work hard together to provide a permanent home for children so they can grow up with the Hope’s Home family who love and care for them throughout their developing years.
