When it comes to supportive living, home is an essential piece. Through the support of the Ministry of Social Services, our teams work to provide a permanent place for children to grow up with a support system that is there for them from birth until 18 years of age. This model of care ensures children with complex medical needs remain children in every aspect of their lives.
From appointments and treatments, community outings, support with school work, and discovering passions and hobbies, our Supportive Living Homes give children a place to grow up with the love and family they deserve.
The Ministry of Social Services funds our supportive living program and we work hard together to provide a permanent home for children so they can grow up with the Hope’s Home family who love and care for them throughout their developing years.
