Meet Eli
Eli is a vibrant five-year-old boy from Warman, living with Down Syndrome. He joined Hope’s Home in 2022 and has flourished since. The centre’s structured routines have taught him responsibilities like cleaning up after himself, while fostering his social skills. Eli has made many friends and communicates effectively through signs and gestures, which his friends understand.

To Eli’s family, Hope’s Home is like a second family. They trust the staff to provide the best care, preparing Eli for school by teaching him to identify colors, shapes, and improve his puzzle skills. Eli is also learning to dress himself and is making strides in potty training. The staff at Hope’s Home collaborates closely with the family and external therapists to support Eli’s development.
Today, Eli continues to amaze his parents with his growing independence and communication abilities. He eagerly greets his teachers each morning, reflecting the love and care he receives at Hope’s Home. Knowing Eli is in such a nurturing environment brings his family immense joy and reassurance.
