Purchase a Heart at Any Neighbourly Pharmacy

This year we’re teaming up again with local Neighbourly pharmacies for the Hope’s Home Heart Campaign!

For the entire month of February, hearts will be available for a purchase of $2 in participating pharmacies across the province. You can also round up your purchase to donate to Hope’s Home.

When you donate to Hope’s Home, you are making a difference for kids like Grace and her family.

Hope’s Home is more than just a place; it is a Supportive Living Home that offers Grace the chance to live beyond the hospital walls while still receiving the critical medical care she requires. For Grace and her family, this transition marked the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope, milestones, and joy.

Grace, a three-year-old with a heart full of resilience, born with Klippel-Feil Syndrome Type 4, had faced a tough start to life, spending her early days at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital due to complex medical needs. Hope’s Home has been home for Grace since 2023.

For each day brings new challenges, but her spirit shines through. Her personality is a symphony of laughter and resilience, making her the center of attention wherever she goes. Grace’s love for music echoes through the hallways of Hope’s Home, her tiny feet tapping to the beat, bringing joy to all who witness her spirit. Peppa Pig, a constant companion in Grace’s world, never failed to bring a smile to her face. Her love for the animated pig was a source of joy for the entire family, reminding them that amidst the challenges, happiness could always be found.

For her family, being Grace’s parents is a journey filled with love, challenges, and immeasurable joy. Grace had become the heart of their home, filling it with a warmth that transcended her medical condition. Their lives have been intertwined with the magic of Hope’s Home, where hope and love prevail, turning every day into a celebration of life.
