The generous gift of $100,000 from CIBC Wood Gundy Saskatoon will provide a dedicated staff room at the new Saskatoon Center for Nurses, Early Childhood Educators, Physical Development Consultants, Recreation Programmers, and Developmental Workers.
“Hope’s Home is incredibly grateful to CIBC Wood Gundy Saskatoon, for helping us create a comfortable space for our staff. Providing a space where our staff can recharge, relax and share information and stories is essential for providing the best care and supporting kids with complex medical needs, and we are thankful CIBC Wood Gundy recognizes this,” said Jacqueline Tisher, Founder and CEO of Hope’s Home.
Todd Dixon, District Branch Manager of CIBC Wood Gundy for Saskatchewan stated: “CIBC Wood Gundy Saskatoon is extremely proud to have Hope’s Home as a core community partner of ours. The mandate and mission of Hope’s Home is perfectly aligned with not only CIBC Wood Gundy’s community priorities locally in Saskatoon but CIBC ‘s community priorities nationally. We are excited that this partnership will be able to continue for a number of years to come. I am even more proud of our Investment Advisors in Saskatoon for choosing to support this opportunity.”
The staff room will be a shared space between the two childcare centers. It will provide staff with a common uplifting space to relax, eat, and socialize. At the same time, it will provide staff with a quiet and comfortable space where they can share important information, success stories and connect with one another to create a positive and productive work environment. On-site nursing care, early childhood educators, developmental workers, and physical development consultants will provide Saskatoon families with a safe and inclusive environment where children receive the care they need.
