About Me
Lisa graduated with a BA from the University of Regina in 2009 and quickly found her calling at Hope’s Home. Her journey within the organization has been diverse, encompassing roles as a Developmental Worker, Developmental Coordinator, Director of Therapeutic Programs, Director of Programs, and Senior Manager of Early Learning and Childcare.
Throughout her tenure at Hope’s Home, Lisa has not only achieved her ECE Level II certification but has also undertaken extensive leadership and coaching courses. These include the Effective Executive Leadership program from Edwards School of Business (2022), Certified Leadership Coach (2019), Leadership Excellence Advancement Program (2017), and the Education Leadership Institute of Saskatchewan Certificate (2013).
Lisa’s dedication and leadership at Hope’s Home have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee (2012) and Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee (2022).
Her passion for the children at Hope’s Home ignited from day one, witnessing their resilience and joy despite challenges. The significance of these small triumphs for both the children and their families solidified Lisa’s belief in the profound impact of Hope’s Home as an extended family.
Presently, Lisa focuses on nurturing future leaders within the organization and seeking ways to support more families, fostering a family-like environment and delivering high-quality services. Her satisfaction lies in the knowledge that Hope’s Home is distinguished by its love and camaraderie, a sentiment echoed by past staff who attest to the unmatched care provided.
Growing up on a cattle farm instilled values of hard work and family in Lisa. Currently residing in Lumsden with her husband and two energetic boys, Lisa balances her time between winter hockey rinks, occasional curling, and tranquil moments at her cabin or camping outdoors

About Me
Jacqueline is a compassionate, dedicated advocate and passionate leader. With a background in pediatric nursing, Jacqueline is a Registered Nurse and the Founder and CEO of Hope’s Home. Under the authority and guidance of the Board of Directors, Jacqueline works closely with her Executive Team and is responsible for implementing the organization’s strategic plan and achieving the mission, goals and objectives of Hope’s Home.
Jacqueline has excellent interpersonal skills that are essential to working with a diverse group of individuals. She consistently and effectively represents the organization with government officials and community agencies. Jacqueline creates liaisons to promote the growth and development of the organization, as well as new partnerships to facilitate the ongoing support of Hope’s Home.
She has been awarded the 2010 Saskatchewan Healthcare Excellence Award for Community Leadership and the 2013 YWCA Women of Distinction Award for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She freely offers her time and energy to be a voice for children with complex medical needs. Jacqueline is a 2013 graduate from Saskatchewan Institute of Health Leadership, 2016 Professional Leadership Certificate and 2018 Professional Management Certificate from University of Regina Continuing Learning with ongoing training in leadership and professional coaching. She is the recent recipient of the 2018 U of R Alumni Humanitarian & Community Service Award.
With help and dedication from the amazing staff at Hope’s Home, there is a place for special children just to be kids. Jacqueline’s dream is our reminder that there’s no place like Hope.
Chief Financial Officer
About Me
Sudesh is the Chief Financial Officer for Hope’s Home. He brings with him 20 years of experience in finance. His skills vary from accounting and Financial Management, Enterprise Risk Assessment, Business Planning, Change Management, IT and System implementation.
Sudesh graduated from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is a member of the Charted Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and holds designation with The Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), Canadian Risk Management (CRM) Professionals, and the Global Risk Management Institute Inc. In addition, he has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Laurentian University.
Sudesh’s work experience varies from non-profit organizations, credit unions, automotive, manufacturing, marketing, yellow pages, and construction industries.
Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors with the Association of Fundraising Professionals South Saskatchewan.
Sudesh and his wife have lived in Regina, Saskatchewan with their two teenage daughters for over ten years.

About Me
Allison is a seasoned human resource professional and leader. She has been working and leading in the field of human resources for over a decade and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management (Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business) and a Bachelor of Administration degree (University of Regina). Allison is change management certified through PROSCI and has taken various leadership and management related courses.
Passionate about fostering strong, collaborative relationships, working strategically to achieve goals and objectives, and using data to diagnose problems and drive solutions, Allision brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Hope’s Home. Allison comes with experience from executive provincial government, private industry, non-profit, and co-operatives.
Her experience in HR covers a wide scope of functions and variation in the delivery of HR programs and services. She is also skilled in other business functions including product marketing management, financial securities services, and leading customer service teams. Her education and experience in these business functions have allowed for the development of a strong business acumen, strategic communications, and ability to find workable HR solutions across business lines. Allison has provided HR consultation to leaders at all levels of an organization, lead and participated on a variety of HR projects, and mentored and coached other leaders.
On a personal note, Allison loves scuba diving, backcountry mountain hiking, cooking, and flower gardening.
About Me
Pam comes with 13 years of experience working at Hope’s Home. She started out as a Registered Nursing student for her community placement and quickly fell in love with the organization and the mission. Pam showed us that she had a natural gift for leadership and has since taken on the roles of Regional Operations Manager, Nursing Supervisor, Provincial Nursing Manager and now Senior Manager of Supportive Living.
The Senior Manager of Supportive Living develops and overlooks all operations for our supportive living homes across the province. Ensuring all the children are receiving the best possible care, having fun and feeling all the love in their caring home environments and within their communities.
Pam graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s Registered Nursing Program in 2010. Since starting with Hope’s Home Pam has completed her Coaching Expedition course, Saskatchewan Institute of Health Leadership courses level 1 and 2, and the Operational Excellence course offered through Edwards School of Business.
